I train in my 97 port home and 07 home more than I train in my 2011 home. Don't own any away jumpers cos they all look crap!!!

True. Depends on view.
however I wouldn't wear a $400+ jumper to training. ( state jumper player issue value IMO) and that's being very generous as I believe they are worth more but thats a conservative figure.

And again, suppose it's only worth what someone is willing to pay.

I don't know if any of you guys have Foxtel but on foxsport news they were discussing West Coast's 25 years celebration dinner with Cousins.

Anyway they showed a video of the eagles from the 80's wearing the Yellow Peril the fellow News reader said it was a Shocking jumper

We would have to wear white shorts with the clash though, the peril only really works with the blue shorts I reckon.

Although I think the eagles need a navy guernsey, I think it looks weird on the 'wings'. If they're going to ditch the current home because of identity issues, just adopt the current 'wings' as home/away and then a modern 'yellow peril' (lmach8's clash but with white or yellow shorts) as a clash.

If essendon can wear red shorts with their clash we should be able to wear blue shorts with ours.

We need to fix the wings on our jumper so that the AFL/sponsor logos are inside the wings IMO.

Dont see a problem with not being able to wear blue shorts away. Essendon wear red sometimes and sydney have been doingn it for years, never seen them wear white shorts at all until they intruduced their new clash strip.
White shorts away was how the afl "avoided" clashes in the old days but now that we have clash guernseys its unnessesary to have the white shorts aswell.
