Don't quote me but I think all of level 1 is premium. At least it was for me for the Hawks game.

Kept having to cancel and re-set and kept giving me tickets behind the goals. Finally got N52, Row B. Thats premium though.

Some of level 1 is premium (under cover), some is prime. I shouldn't have to pay $55 to sit on Level 4 and that is all I can get right now. I select the Premium option and I get tickets in the P section which is level 3.

Tried it and still get Q29, I even rang up and tried it out, Q29 again. I'll continue to try at different times of the day but if the best I can get is Q29 or P whatever I just won't waste my money and stay home and watch it on TV. Stuff Ticketmaster!!!!

Try calling ticketmaster and dont select ANY of the options
they offer..just let it ring and ring . Eventually a human will pick up and you can discuss which seats you want..(doesnt work every time but worth
a try)

EDIT : select 'all other enquirys' then just let it ring..
