its a myth...there are as many corporate type supporters of Port as there are Crows...they jsut dont go to the games as it is not "trendy".

I would say that Port are the most popular team for young profesionals, but they dont go to the Football as it is seen as a bogan thing to do...these are the people your club needs to convert...

Thats it, if the majority of port fans weren't knobheads then I'd probably go for the power in the finals. But when they celebrate when we lose, call us the camry crows and constantly abuse anything that is red,blue and yellow (state colours) it turns me off them. I went for them in '04, but never again.

Mind you I am probably going to the game, but as a neutral.

All Crows supporters dont need to turn up as it will be a twighlight game...the PREFERRED time for ALL Port supporters..no work, no afternoon sport...no excuses.

I expect to see the FULL HOUSE sign go up on the Wednesday before the game

Post this sort of thread on the Crows board if you want. This mob competes in the same market as us. They got a seven year head start and we're scratching and clawing our way back to the club's rightful position in SA football.

I'm happy to see them out. I'm happy they lost in the dying seconds. I'm happy that the arrogance of early in the season has been replaced by the realisation that all the things we've said about our youngsters were realistic, not hypothetical. I'm happy that they blew a five goal lead in the second quarter. I'm happy that the guy who got a premature ride in the popemobile got selected and did nothing. I'm happy that their coach has shown once again that he can't adapt on match day.....
