Pretty obvious fake. Shadow of northern stand moves as video goes on.
Pretty boring to be honest actually lol. Not the best use of time lapse photography. Things growing over a period of days or weeks or years look cool. Flickers of people entering and exiting a stadium dont really rate!

That wasn't bad, especially when you consider the rollercoaster ride that the day delivered, to see all the buildup, the excitement and then watch it fade away to nothing.
Ah, the earth rotates during the day, and the shadows move as a result..... thats why we have night and day. The shadows also disappear when the cloud comes over, then come back again when it is clear.
Amazing what they can do with technology......

Im not sure where it is now but I remember doing an MCG tour once and they had time lapse thing of the whole Southern Stand redevelopment (1991ish)
It was really good too see - like one bit there was footy on then nothing then a few games of cricket etc. while bit by bit the stand grows and grows.
The Grand Fina one really could have been any big game - but still was interesting viewing.

That was one of 2 groups of Hawks "competing clubs" members. Both groups at the back of the top deck. Only one bay of hawks fans on the bottom tier punt road end.
meanwhile it seemed like most of the cats competing clubmembers were in one huge block on lower level ponsford stand.
A huge inequity if you ask me - but thats another story - hawks were still the loudest - the umpires made sure of that
