What a waste of time if anyone can do it.
Basically they can just claim internet biased now.
Lets hope the ones without a member number linked are just being ignored, we really need it to be a clear message from the members.

I think each email has an individualised link/survey which will probably only record one response for each link. This perhaps explains why not everyone had got the email yet. Doesn't make up for the survey being terribly designed but the integrity of it should be fine.

Not if anyone can click the raw link TheBrownDog put up and fill out the survey without going through a personalised link including membership number etc...
If true that means anyone, anywhere can fill out the survey...

I completed the survey via the email I received and I was also able to access the link TBD provided and answer the same questions again. I stopped half way through completing the survey again for a second time.

If you click the link from the email you receive embedded in the URL to the website is your email address & membership number. So it auto authenticates you.
If you simply go to http://2013brisbanelionsmembersurvey.questionpro.com/ then you can fill it out without passing in this information.
I have tweeted & emailed the club to confirm that only registered members can submit the form and got this reply:
SO TO ENSURE YOUR FEEDBACK IS COUNTED ONLY SUBMIT THE SURVEY BY CLICKING THE LINK IN THE EMAIL YOU RECEIVED FROM THE CLUB.
If you have previously submitted the survey by some other means you'll have to do it again for your feedback to count!
The way to confirm that it's different would be to have a look at what the link is when you move your mouse over the top of it in your email. Does it have some text after the trailing .com/ or is that it?
Generally things like this will have a ? or & symbol to indicate the member ID or username associated with *this* survey.

Just checked my myLion account - evidently all my email notifications have been turned off. Funny, I don't ever remember doing that. Calling them now to send me my email.
Received and done.....yes, agree about the questions too....seemed mostly a broad questionaire for general AFL teams, rather than just for us Lions...obviously some were Lions related, but most could've been for any team.
..can't they do one just for us that is central to any issues that may arise and to get the members feelings etc?
..but then again......they don't really want to know!

If the URL from email contains special information regarding the member email/member no. In form of encrypted token then by doing TBD link will not be added to the final result as they will be filtered out as not having the required information. Simple php.

Also hence why they say multiple emails to the same account where a members use the same email. Seems very basic but works
