Nah will get done but just looking at ways to make eagles supporters happierDidn't you say the deal was done?
Dude the F3 is a pick like 40 that gets thrown away for a 1 pick upgrade these dayscancel that F3 and its close

you guys look depressed about Baker
Dude i support Richmond and wouldnt have a clue about what Barrass does thats your jobTo be honest I didn't need a response, just calling out the fact you know **** all.
Dude i support Richmond and wouldnt have a clue about what Barrass does thats your job
im just here for the coffee and cakes and trying to help you guys de stress
You look worried
Thats the spiritWhy would I be worried? I know what I'd be happy with and what I'd be disappointed with and I'm sure it'll be somewhere in the middle.
I can see this becoming a 3 way between Eagles/Richmond/Hawks if Baker selects eagles
Hawks
Out: #14 +F1
In:Barrass + #29
Tigers
Out : Baker + #29
In: F1 (hawks) + F3 (eagles)
Eagles
Out : Barrass + F3
In: #14+ Baker
Thats what the eagles supporters think he is worth , I just gave the Hawks a pick #29 going backHawks pay two first round picks from Tom Barrass? The Tom Barass?

Haven't seen a suggestion of two top 10 picks anywhere.
You are the first to bring that up scenario.
Pretty sad when posters just make up stuff so they can beat their chest and pretend to be an authoirity on a internet forum.
Quite sad indeed.
I think we want current picks. We have a huge cohort to delist, id be wanting at least 5 picks in this draft tbh.Anyone actually realise that Hawthorn would want to trade future picks moreso then current ones?
Eagles best move would be to do the below
Hawks F1st + F2nd + pick 30 for Barrass + future 3rd rounder + future 4th rounder
So Hawks can keep what they would hope is a higher first round draft pick this year (planning to be top 4 next year) and Eagles can achieve a bit of overs by having some patience and letting Hawks keep the first this year which benefits them
2025 will see us with a huge cohorts to delist tooI think we want current picks. We have a huge cohort to delist, id be wanting at least 5 picks in this draft tbh.
Also its not overs, the time you have to wait diminishes the value of the picks
There will be less. Jamo, Sheed, Darling, Cripps and Petch on the chopping block. Add a FA and thatd 4 picks needed. Our 1st + 3 fs/NGA. Sorted2025 will see us with a huge cohorts to delist too
Can replace Serong with Reeves or Butler.Barrass and 47 to hawks
Serong & 23 to tigers
Baker and 12 to Eagles.
EFASo you can use the extra first rounder to recruit Tobie Travaglia.
Ahaaaah… you just said it, several rebuilding years ahead. You’ll be blooding other young players at the same time, so you can afford to give DGB the time to prove his worth. He’s only 22 and played 28 games. This year he missed more than half the season with the toe issue and then couldn’t break back into our senior team. Take Tom Barrass out and DGB would be in the top 7-8 defenders on your list. With our recent recruiting, right now, he’s about 11th-12th best on ours. He may well see team success with you guys, at least he’d be a better chance than Barrass, no?It isn't a matter of not valuing him, but with several rebuilding years ahead he is likely not going to see team success with us. It’s a mutually beneficial move. You've failed at moulding DGB into being an AFL standard player so why would we have any interest.

Hawks are expecting this year and next years first rounders to start at 18 so no real difference.Anyone actually realise that Hawthorn would want to trade future picks moreso then current ones?
