Lions may have to settle for something later. The Suns presently hold 43, 53, 68, 71. I imagine that will change over the trade period
Pick 43 = 378 points
Pick 53 = 233 points
Pick 68 = 59 points
Pick 70 = 39 points
Pick 71 = 29 points

No doubt, Suns will be moving this year picks to next year. Question is will they do a deal with Lions or some other team(s)? If Suns do picks deal with Lions, I suspect Berry will be part of it. I would not expect a lot in return for Berry. 53? Maybe

Nick holman has finished top 10 in the best and fairest 3 of the 5 years dew has been there.

I think chasing, tackle, pressure, contest is highly regarded in the clubs values.

Club think berry has the traits to do exactly that.

Holman Mach 2, 5 years younger with clearly higher upside - potential to play through the midfield on occasion.

Might never play a game, but I can see why we are getting him in given the minimal cost.
