Just went back and had a quick peek at the 2022 draft. Noone after pick 36 really stands out to me apart from Joe Richards at pick 48. Still a bit early to call this draft, but it is looking very top heavy and shallow.
Argee 2022 AFL draft was slim pickings after the first round picks were taken.

RS Nom Harvey Gallagher for the Bulldogs at pick 37 goes alright though.

Even if Tom McCallum makes it onto the first Tassie list it would probably be as a token pick to make up the numbers as I suspect on disclosed form there is as much chance of the Tasmanian tiger being found alive and well than there is of him making the grade at AFL level.

Re nord signing him, unless their league team is significantly weaker than usual it will be no great surprise if he plays more than a few games for their magoos.

Good luck to him if he plays some decent state league footy and ends up on the first tassie list he may as well shoot for it, it's better than working in a factory.

Yeah, him and maybe like Noah Long are the only ones I hear about/notice really in that mob below 36.

If he was likely to make that list we'd be mad to delist with the currency they will have.

Are we mad?

Maybe.
