And running style. Is way ahead of Hill at a similar stage in his career in terms of confidence to attack the ball from what I've seen. I can see why RTB has confidence in him.
Well gee, maybe because Sheridan has been developed the way a young player should, playing at a lower level for a year and a half, learning the game style, coming on as a sub, not being tagged.
As opposed to thrown in the deep end from game one as a skinny 18 year old and being monstered by the best stopper the oppo has from about game 10.

Agree, will probably never be as good as Hill but he glides across the field in the same fashion, has nice skills and good footy smarts. The question is now that we've given him quite a few consecutive games and he's starting to impact for longer do we stick with him for finals or will he have to make way for Ibbo/Clancee/Sutcliffe?

Yep, our player development has certainly come a long way in a short period of time. Shows the difference being a in strong side makes though.

Settle E, I wasn't attacking Hilly. I simply see Sheridan more confident in his approach to the game at a similar stage to Hill. I understand Hill has always been put under pressure by the opposition and has also had injury issues. I don't see Sheridan as ever getting as good as Hilly, but it's going to be fantastic having two players of a similar style.

No worries. I'm a bit over-protective of Hill. He's my favourite player from the moment he was drafted and I get really steamed when people don't acknowledge the baptism of fire he went through during a tough time (easily the hardest initiation to AFL of anyone from his daft class).
Hill started with a fair bit of confidence pulling off dashing runs and long range goals but went back into his shell when he started getting bashed up every week.
Its so wonderful to see him getting his mojo back, kicking goals and side-stepping other players with ease.
And Sheridan looks all class at this stage.

Wait til we get Josh Simpson out there too.
It's a traffic jam of exciting talent.
