best player in the comp was cordy hands down, until he did his shoulder
the bulldogs will have to cough up there first round draft pick to get him father son and will do so without a shadow of a doubt

anyone who has vickery in their top 5 shouldnt
saw him play against mgs, he was so lazy just walked round the ground, when the game was there to be one for hailebury he didnt stand up and win the match wich he surely could of. it may of been a one off, but it is actually pathetic. and i heard that lynch was angry at him aswell- its people like that who dont deserve to be top five

Had a quick look at Scotch v Geel Coll of Friday and noticed a player for Scotch called Bully wearing number 3. Looked a dead set gun best on ground by a mile.

Whats his story is he as good as i saw, is he playing TAC Cup could he get drafted.

I heard the same thing from both the MGS ruckmen. They were told to tag him the whole day but they told me it was kinda pointless as he was just walking around the centre most of the day not really making an effort. He did not look interested at all.

Hannebery will be one of the many too be drafted next year...Scully Watts Hannebery and Cachia all look certain to be top Ten and Castricum and even maybe Purcell are looking for a draft

Watts clearly the best player of the year elevens but the title to best midfielder is split right open between Hannebery Scully and Cachi should be really interesting watching Xavs Vs Hailebury and Xavs vs Skevs

you gotta be kidding mate. the kid's coming back from a knee reconstruction. He had limited game time that day due to soreness and if you have bothered to watch more tha one of his games this year, he is constantly putting his body on the line running back with the flight and backing into contests hard. you obvioudly have no idea. It's people like you who make me sick.

That is an entirely ignorant comment. Watts will go close to 1, but todays performance won't help him over Natanui or Rich. Hannebery will go later, being dropped from Metro won't help his cause but he is still a freak and would go top 10 if he wasn't going to get drafted this year. Cachia will not go top 10 either. To name 4 players from the APS as certainties for the top 10 is absolutely ridiculous, although they're all excellent players you can't realistically make such a big call at this stage.

Thats if he nominates - with two WA teams hovering around the bottom of the ladder and another year of school at BGS, he may hold off for a year.

i think vickery is now up there going by his game against WA. Lynch and scully also played decently, and of course Watts. 5th is probably hannebery, with cordy being injured.

mmm yeah he must be terrible... was he best on the filed for vic against W.A? But CLEARLY u know what your saying. He's definately not in the top 5 players in such a tough competition like APS football, although as average as it may be its probably as high a standard as both of the "Tagging Ruckmen" will reach.

If you had actually read what i wrote you would have seen that i was only commenting on one game in which he played badly, was lazy and looked uninerested the whole day. I made no comment on whether he is actually in the top 5 players in the APS, which he probably is. And why have a crack at the MGS ruckmen who are probably better footballers than some douchebag having a go at them from behind a computer screen.

yeah they must be good if they are told 2 completely sacrafice what little game they have 2 tag some lazy player.
I think you might be underestimating the APS competition a little, it is good enough for a player to be drafted straight out of it without playing TAC or state football. Both the MGS ruckmen are pretty good as well, De Steiger was BOG against Caulfield and has been in their top 4 or 5 players most games. Tunbridge goes alright as well.

Surprised Josh Rundell and Josh Cutter havent been mentioned yet!
Rundell clearly has the best set of dukes in the APS averaging 6 contested marks a game. Also a deadly finisher, with 4 after the game goals to win matches.
Cutter leads the APS for clearances, hard ball gets, contested possessions, Frees, possessions and has an efficiency of 100%. Him and the APS's dominant ruckman - Findeisen are unstoppable out of the centre.
Findeisen has averaged 63 hitouts to advantage.
Watch out for these three in the draft. All should go top 5.

omfg. How can you not have Jordan Lisle in the Top 5 in the APS. He is in the top 5 for VM and you still cant give him any credit. Shame on you all. Absolutely dominated against Geelong College yesterday.

Five APS players made All-Australian team based on u18 championships. They were:
Lisle-CHB
Scully-HFF(not eligible for draft)
Vickery-FP
Watts -FF
Ziebell-RR
