Kind of odd the reason Lobb pick us last year was because he had a connection with Bevo that come from Colin Young.
Ross got him to freo. So, maybe lobb wants to play for him. No idea why. Its just what i was told.

Hearing Lohmann has seriously injured his shoulder/collarbone.
Around the state league Article on the AFL website

Kai Lohmann (11 disposals, five marks), who appeared to break his collarbone after landing heavily following a mark.

Would be a strange one. I can’t imagine Lobb would want to request a trade for the third year in a row and I guess fifth(?) time in his career. Can’t remember if GWS let him leave first time or he was made to stay. I imagine if he leaves it would be because we want to do it as well which I don’t quite understand.

His last four weeks were very good. I don’t think it would be great business for us to let him leave. His first 15 weeks were awful but that sometimes happens when players go to new clubs. Found his feet later in the season.

Why no point? If the option is to send him back if needed or Lobb he should be the one every time,

He is a solid KPF but he isn't a 60+ a year guy that you wouldn't entertain moving back again.

He has very similar attributes to Moore physically so it isn't the worst comparison, Go back and watch some of his first year highlights and you will see it
And both have had some serious trouble in front of the Sticks when the game is on the line. Moore got moved back due to his sub standard kicking for goals.

If Lobb requested a trade that would be an absolute indictment on Bevo and the senior football figures at the club

How many indictments would that be now? it’s losing its meaning

Lobb for Dougal Howard is going to happen.

This makes soo much sense

English in the lobb role would be a massive upgrade
And sweet in the English role would be such a massive downgrade that we'd be worse off overall.

People's expectations of Lobb are so unrealistic. A goal a game and 5 mins a quarter in the ruck is basically elite in that role.

If there's an option to basically get take backsies on the awful Rory Lobb decision you take the option immediately.

I'll drive his lanky ass to Moorabbin.

The expectation that he can take a mark on a guy he has 15cm on and perfect position is unrealistic?
