Would Caleb Marchbank be an upgrade on Nick Coffield?
Only in the very brief milliseconds he can get on the paddock. Too injury prone.
Taken with the pick 6 we sent to GWS for Tom Boyd so there's a certain irony we should bypass him.

Don't really like going after other teams delistings much, but looks like Konstanty from the Swans is still waiting on a contract. He was from the same draft as Clarke and considered the better small forward from that batch. Hard running tackle machine, pressure forward. I wouldn't be against throwing him a lifeline. Looks like he's hit the scoreboard a bit at VFL level

Exactly the type we need - would be keen to hear from a few VFL watchers to find out if he's any good.

Peter Ryan from the Age has said that “Jack Macrae won’t be on Geelong’s shopping list”
Interesting who it is then. If it was St kilda surely it would be announced already?? The other 3 left in finals suggests he is hawks bound if he wants to stay in vic??

GWS Sydney have stacked mids already sk make no sense, and not even sure how brisbane could afford it.

Bont, Treloar, Richards, Libba as the clear A-Team
Sanders, Gallagher, Garcia, West, 2024 1st round pick as the next in lines.

Don't think it is so bad. Moving on Macrae means the younger guys will get a clearer run at consistent games, even if it is as a HF rotation.

No more delisted, injury prone or fringe players from other clubs please. We need upgrades not a continual supply of stop gaps.
You guys are way too harsh. Bramble was a great pick up for us this season. Guys like Beford and Tom Hickey were fringe players for other clubs before going on to be incredibly important for their future clubs.

He might just want to wait until closer to trade period to announce where he wants to go. Maybe he wants to keep his options open in case an opportunity comes up.

I don't think it's cryptic, maybe Geelong still is in the picture but things are done different ways. Smith is clearly going to Geelong but doesn't want to be a distraction for finals it seems, Barrass and Battle were happy to nominate Hawthorn while they are still alive in the finals.

Macrae might just want to announce it on his own terms or wait until after B+F. Could be 100 different reasons other than wanting to join a club still in the finals. Without any inside information it does seem like there is an interest from St Kilda and they probably make the most sense
