I haven't seen him play much, but from the way he's described, he sounds like a pretty good short to medium term fix.Is miles a possibility?
how long have you had the brisbane social media gig I Remember Bluey?
I'd think end of second round but who knows.Trengove to the dogs then I think? What do you reckon the compo will be?
Honestly think they will get 2 live picks in before Naish is bid onI wonder whether Richmond might be interested in a deal involving first round picks?
Patrick Naish (Rich F/S) is rated around the 20 mark in the draft. With the picks Richmond currently hold (15&17), there’s a chance they might need to use one to match a bid for Naish. Now if they were to offload those picks for 11&28, it would more than likely allow them to pick a first rounder with 11 then collect Naish with 28&50 with some change back.
Worth investigating I reckon.
Dogs list manager just said they'd like a first rounder for Stringer, and not a late first rounder.
Jason McCartney: we are after an early 1st round pick for jake - we wont be gift wrapping him to another club
we can see him still being at our club next year.

Not a go at you but what else would he say before trade week starts? As usual it will be somewhere between the two parties at the end of the day.Dogs list manager just said they'd like a first rounder for Stringer, and not a late first rounder.

This is what is hilarious when people say we're 'hard to deal with'. Apparently when it comes to football you pay whatever is asked for, even when it's twice the recommended retail. Market value is fair, but in this case market value is no greater than the end of the first round.As usual it will be somewhere between the two parties at the end of the day.
Dogs are pretty hard to deal with.
Sit back, relax, let dodo earn his pay and we'll be enjoying Jake Stringer in 2018
http://www.afl.com.au/news/trade/trade-talkWill take all the time that is needed to sort through the Jake Stringer situation. Expects to speak to Essendon soon.
Will take more than a late first-round pick to get it done.
Pretty much what we were saying about Paddy Ryder. Actually im pretty sure we say that about every player that wants to leave. Its a non issue. Its a standard comment.
This is a snippet from an interview with McCartney (Dogs list manager) from the Trengove stuff this morning;

Did anyone hear it live that might be able to give some context to that? Was he asked about Essendon, or about Stringer, and did he mention Geelong at all?
Trade talk thing also has a section about Stringer meeting Dangerfield and a pic of them in international rules guernseys, but I'm pretty sure that was earlier in the week.
