All you have to do is give Gold Coast a fair deal and then he is all yours. Simple. Offer someone who can get a game in your best 22 (not Colyer, Bird, Francis, or any of the others mentioned here). If you want your three SSS, give someone up.Saad off hbf could be deadly with McKenna. Could be the best line breaker combo I’d swap 2 & 3

I hope you're not here just to pick a fight with the locals. If you are it won't end well for you.All you have to do is give Gold Coast a fair deal and then he is all yours. Simple. It costs them a pick next year, but they make it up this year by getting our 30. It's basically pick-swapping the 2nd rounder from next year to this year.
So from the Dogs' perspective it's basically: proposed trade (2017: 9, 11, 27, 30 | 2018: F/S using WB 2nd + Ess 2nd) vs. Stringer for 11 straight up (2017: 9, 11, 27 | 2018: WB 1st (to be used on F/S), WB 2nd)
Ha ha. I disagree, I am a huge on Cam 4.Actually, you're a nobody on the internet, you have zero idea of what is required in any AFL trade deal.
Who in their right mind would take your first S before your second S!Agreed. Personally I'd take S, then S and then see what we've got left to get S.

(and then some quotes from Wells on TR)Essendon isn't the only club that has shown interest in Western Bulldogs player Jake Stringer.
Geelong has also explored recruiting the premiership player.
But list manager Stephen Wells says it's unlikely the Cats will be able to secure him
Depends how you come across. Show some courtesy and have a decent convo and you should be fine. I don’t mind opposition coming over here if they want to have a intelligent conversationI'm pretty new to BigFooty, and just learned that trying to have discussions on opposition supporter boards is.... difficult.
Yeah opposition boards are often wary of supporters from other clubs.Being new to BigFooty, i just learned that trying to have discussions on opposition supporter boards is.... difficult.
Yeah I was probably a little critical. Lesson learnedDepends how you come across. Show some courtesy and have a decent convo and you should be fine. I don’t mind opposition coming over here if they want to have a intelligent conversation
What are you talking about? That is revolutionary journalism if I’ve ever seen it.So the club has been posting 'trade talk' articles each day, which are basically just summaries of all the bullshit from trade radio in as few words as possible.
Apparently there is only one talking point for Essendon today.
(and then some quotes from Wells on TR)
hahahaha

At the end of the day it's their board, their rules, and their posters get more leeway. The best chance you'll have is to be sweet and reasonable, but even then you'll probably need a thick skin. Or you can take the easy option and just bunker down in the Essendon boardBeing new to BigFooty, i just learned that trying to have discussions on opposition supporter boards is.... difficult.
Oh yeah, it's definitely refreshing. I just found the simplicity humorous compared to the 395 posts worth of stuff in this thread since 6.30 this morning. What are you talking about? That is revolutionary journalism if I’ve ever seen it.
Trade week has this amazing ability to create such noise about literally nothing. I’m not even mad.
Interesting. 24 hours ago we had your fellow bulldogs supporters in here telling us that was garbage.Stringer will not play for the dogs but looking very likely he will sit the year out.
They are very unlikely to get done buddy. Saad and Smith are really any clubs. Stringer the most likely to end up at Essendon but he has not even nominated them. Bluff from Dodero could prove very costly here, needs to show some balls and get at least one of the players quickly. Stringer will not play for the dogs but looking very likely he will sit the year out.
