Orazio for Todd Marshall?
Doubt Port will do that assuming their club values players like their BigFooty board. I mean, if Dougal Howard is worth a top 10 pick then Todd Marshall would be worth more than all of our picks combined for the next three years. Can't even fathom what we'd have to pay for Ollie Wines, would probably need to give them half the gate at Marvel.

Might wanna come back to vic after losing his parents will be a great key forward only 20 atm 198 90kg..
He’s actually from NSW. There was a whole heap of argument in his draft year whether he was part of the Giants academy or not

Me.
Same place... Tom Browne and Sammy mc get gws / Ess info.

Daniher is an absolute truck of a person and lives in his own bubble. I am f*n delighted his gone. He is a ticking time bomb. 5 will get it done.

I'm now ranting.

Hurley is as selfless as they come. He holds value. He is ENTERTAINING the idea. I'll show you the fing text message.

Adrian dodoro is a soft delinquent.
Ask any ex bomber who still follows the club. Adrian is a flog.
Carlisle is right this clubs f’ed.

Okay, I’ll bite. Show the text message.

Unfortunately Essendon is in a tough negotiation position. Sydney are bidding against Essendons willingness to keep him for a year under trying conditions. Ideally another team would join the mix as then there'd at least be a auction type situation to get the price up to fair value. If that doesn't happen I don't expect Essendon to get what he's worth.

A couple of other things going against Essendon:
- Obviously, the injuries
- Sydney have no need to be in a hurry
- Essendons compensation pick of he leaves in a year is likely around the 9th to 12th pick

If I were Sydney I would stand very firm on just the 5th pick.

Sydney have every need to hurry, there is no guarantee he doesn’t resign should they not complete the trade this offseason. A year is a long time; see Francis. Get his body right and playing again he’ll be in a much different frame of mind.

Raz for SPP
5 and 9 for Joe and pick 31
5 for Wines
Tom Cutler as a FA
Pass on Raz for SPP.
I dont see SPP solving any issues we have at the moment. Though zero forward line with Raz and Joey gone would probably mean his inability to kick is less an issue than it otherwise would be.

Pick 11 for Raz & GWS' 2nd.
Walk to the draft with 5, 9, 11, 31 and hope to god we nail all 4.

No Ambrose or Gleeson in your 22

I wonder if there is a way we could get involved in the Kelly deal should we get 5&9 and offer up #9 to WCE, that way they have 2 first's to offer Geelong.

Some good talent and WCE+ Geelong.

You'd want someone like Duggan coming back to us also I find Nathan Kruger (Cats) intriguing, obviously Smith could be apart of package and one more youngster like Bradshaw or Petrucelle (WCE) .

Just a thought and rough outline.
Some have mentioned Jarrod Brander. Brander + a pick back?

He seems to have been so fickle in making the decision, if a deal isn't struck there's plenty of hope he could reverse his decision during 2020. All he needs is confidence in his body and enjoyment of the game again and you'd think that would outshine matters external of football.

The other thing that people need to realise. If Joe does indeed stay next year, as a RFA we have every right to match the offer Sydney are likely to throw at Joe and by doing so forcing Sydney's hand to trade with us. If no trade happens, we potentially lose him for nothing. Big threat but not out of the question imho.

I like the Jenkins trade.
With 10 senior list spots, I don't see the need to push both Brown and Mutch to the rookie list.

As we all know, a key position forward will be needed, a few likely possibilities for us to take a look at.

Josh Jenkins - . With a likely late round pick to do the trick and the Crows to pay the majority of his wage, Im really starting to come around to this.
Wylie Buzza - I don't know why we aren't into this guy more. A moneyball option imho. Only 23 and averages over 1.5 goals a game at VFL level.
Josh Bruce - Saints may want overs for a guy who will walk into our best 22. A goal kicker and a focal point. I don't see any negatives bar being 27 and wanting 4 years.
Billy Frampton - Port Fwd/Ruck. At 22, he would fit in nicely onto our list for 7+ years. Another likely off our radar despite filling a need.

A couple of other likely options available in the drafts;
Jake Riccardi - I'd be making this guy my number one priority. 19 year old who could play for the next 10 years as a KPF.
Matt Hamelman - Former Lions KPF. Goal kicking machine at NEAFL level and still young enough to fill a void for 5 years.
Liam McBean - Has been spoken about as someone who could fill the void and likely available in the rookie draft.

I’m disappointed there’s been nothing linking us to Frampton. Don’t mind the bits I’ve seen, and could easily be a “throw in” in the Raz deal.
