This is the right time i believe if we leave it to late we will recieve anybody in return. Collingwood needs to trade for draft picks NOT players.

The time as come to throw these players up and get the best available youngest in the best draft in along time.

These forwards arent getting any younger and i cant see them improving!

Please someone move them on and let the young guys ie T cloke and Rusling do the work while the picks we recieve in exchange for taz and rocca delevop into potential decent players maybe even a brownlow medalist!

Next year while Tarrant is still playing for us, make sure you go to some games and watch Tarrant. He works his ass off every game and if it wasnt for our crap midfielders he'd be back to the form of 2003. Very valuable player.

It seems the only supporters wanting Tarrant gone is the uneducated and the bandwagoners.

The highest goal kicker for the year and the 3rd highst goal kicker. So lets trade them and take out 100 goals next year at an average of about 5 a game. That should allow us to improve to about no where on the ladder. And to think they both played like shiiiiii in at least 10 games this year. Next year they may kick 200 goals between them. Hopefully when they do they will still be at the pies.

Cassius Clay - Finally someone who knows a bit about our club. Stupid supporters who think just because Tarrant misses a few goals he should go. Have a look how many he created works his ass off and would have to run further than most players on a saturday arvo.

SCHAMMER TIME U EDUCATED MAN, have i watched tarrant? YEH IDE SAY IVE SEEN EVERY GAME HES PLAYED FOR COLLINGWOOD! I do know what he does off the ball his work ethic is great, yes, but where did his work ethic get us.
Look the fact is in 02 and 03 we didnt win the grand final!!!!

5 years later we have the same structure.

You might want to go into 07 with tarrant and rocca up front i would rather see cloke and rusling and get the picks that could further collingwood in the future.

pick 20 and 30 say could be more than useful in this draft and i think they at least warrant these...

Collingwood wont progress without the improvement of the list and keeping tarrant in this comfort zone is obserd

Give them a break.

I dont want them to get rid of any of Collingwoods forwards!!

Tarrant and Rocca were the two most dangerous forwards in the same team in the first half of the year, yes there second half of the year was below average, but to Tazzas credit he finished off the season well, and I dont care if people say he kicked 2 of his goals in junk time, coz he still GOT the ball, something he wasnt doing previously even when it was junk time in them games.

As for Rocca, It was his best season. Kicked his highest ever tally with 55 goals. Played Full Forward all year. And its obvious he played the second half of the year injured (shoulder).

Forget about trading the forwards u idiot. Get some hard running on-ballers with pace like Aker, Kelly or even Mackie, so we can match against the Judds, Cousins and Kerrs.

That's my two cents

Im sure Thats Gold is going to have a go at me, coz he thinks he is right, so watch underneath this post haha.

wakeuptaz thats what im saying... because the draft is so good we are going to miss out unless we put these players up...

We need midfielders! And mackie and jo blow from essendon isnt the answer...
the answer is obviously picking up the kids like judd and kerr that could be in this draft! The more lower picks we get the better chance we've got off getting one of these.

just when i thought i read it all...!!!!! you dont get rid of KEY POSITION PLAYERS when you dont have replacement...my god...IM SICK AND TIRED OF PEOPLE BAGGING ROCCA...HE HAD HIS BEST SEASON FOR COLLINGWOOD THIS YEAR KICKING OVER 50 GOALS....!

hey whos bagging anyone a club may get a good 4 years out of rocca... if the right pick presents itself i say go for it!
ill still love rocca the way i loved sav at the kangas.

wouldnt except anything under pick 35 for rocca! tarrant def would be a second rounder... the reason im so keen is because of this exceptional draft. Next year maybe to late.

whats the point of getting good midfielders when you have no one to kick to?, rusling is currently one dimentional and T.cloke can't isn;t fit enough, end up like west coast

After work today, i went down to the lexus centre to take a look around and while i was going into the bathroom i overheard Neil Balm talking to some other guy i didnt know about a deal at the moment going down...Pies want Polak from Freo and willing put Tarrant in a 3 way deal...that will see the following:

Farren Ray to Freo
Polak to Collingwood
Tarrant to Dogs.

Sounded like a done deal from they way they where talking.

Mate you dont buy shares and sell them at their lowest price. The best thing we can do is tell Tazza to put a picture of Fevola on his bedroom wall, and hope he works his ass of to make the same transformation

who says its an exceptional draft???? dont believe everything you hear in the media son....the top 20 are all good...after that its just like any other draft.

You could at least ask the kangas if they wanna trade pick 3 hehe
they loved doing deals with hawthorn... i swap tarrant for pick 3

and take one of gumbleton gibbs thorpe or sellar:p
