I think Hay is a must.
He's nothing special but Brown and Watt have no idea how to play FB.

If Hay could hold down the FB spot it would have a huge domino effect on the rest of the backline. Brown will thrive at CHB and hopefully Perry will beat ou Watt as the no.3 tall and provide a lot more rebound.
