What the **** is it with these people who claim to be able to tell the weight of an object from a partial glimpse in a pic? Now, I neither understand or really care. Just strikes me as odd.
Anyway, I'm in. I reckon they're 25s, Max.
I've spent a lot of time in the gym.

They look to me like 22's. Not big enough for 30's.

reads like it's nothing major. felt some soreness and it's a minor strain. still hopeful for round one.
Without any real guide on form? I think that's out of the question now. Round 3 at the earliest if he misses the entire pre-season series.

He's a genuine star and hasn't missed a beat so far. Could easily play week before in reserves etc. that's 6 weeks. Bolton will make right decision but I wouldn't right him off

My gut feel is if he has no setbacks from this he will play round one

You've thrown me off with your original post on the injury; the club hasn't said boo about him missing the whole pre-season.

Four weeks puts him in line for time in our final JLT game.

Shitty news about SPS, four weeks would make it touch and go for round 3 of pre-season. I was really hoping to see him play at Subi, oh well I'd prefer we don't make him go too hard too soon. Just hope he recovers well.

It's a minor injury and they happen. The only thing that annoys me about it is that at this early stage in his career, those four weeks without training will probably hurt his longevity for this season.

May help. He's had a full pre season and done the hard stuff. Miles in the legs etc. they are now in game mode. as long as it doesn't drag or reoccur I don't think it will hurt him at all

Games are different to training on the track though. You hear it all the time from players how nothing quite compares to actually playing a game. Its max effort and full contact for 2 hours effectively.

Open Training session tomorrow 9.00AM!
