He is worth closer to 30m than the 10m you think. He was sent out on loan to gain first team experience and did a good job, he'll either spend another season on loan in the PL or overseas or he'll be part of the United team next season.

Selling anyone can turn out silly but as it stands Henderson is a backup keeper who isn't dislodging DDG anytime soon. It would be best to sell him now.

Reportedly there are 4 PL clubs + Sevilla interested in him.
He was quality in 2018-19 in the charge towards CL final. The year prior he bitch slapped Kroos-Casemiro-Modric twice.
But the Poch era implosion saw many players completely lose it and fall away. Despite that he still led the league for accurate through balls per 90 this season.
A change of club with regular football will be good for him.

Mount was much more advanced at that point imo, he basically started his first game after Derby in the Chelsea lineup and was in the England side within 2-3 games of his last one in the Championship. He was called into the England squad whilst at Derby also. Then was a mainstay during the Euro's.
International selection isn't the be all and end all, but if Garner walks into the Man Utd starting lineup in a few months, gets selected for England in the WC warm up games, then makes the WC squad, I will dip my hat to him....

He started for Chelsea because Lampard was manager and backed him. Same as Abraham. If Cooper was appointed United manager tomorrow I suspect he'd be happy to back Garner in because he has faith in him for the same reason.

Mount also benefited with us losing Hazard and being unable to replace him with our transfer ban. He was in the right place at the right time.
This could be an endless cycle of 'your team paid x amount for spud player'

We definitely over paid. But I don't think he's been the worst signing. It meant we didn't have to see Helder Costa again which is a win in itself.
