A lot on this board fantasise about Pia Miller knowing it will never happen.

Wouldnt mind actually offering cloke the $1 million a year so that Tanktown have to pay $1.1 million

I reckon the fact that Malthouse is now at Carlton will sway Cloke towards choosing the club where he has a successful history with the coach. It's not entirely about the money, esp if the diff is a mere $100K a year.

Call me on drugs again but if Carlton get Cloke when Judd retires and Cloke starts to taper off a bit don't be surprises if RFC makes a play(not that I would know)in 4-5 years if, and it is a big if , we are still chasing a CHF to help us pinch hit a premiership if in our window

I said 3 months ago my m8 who is in the know at Carlton told me Malthouse and Cloke had already agreed to join them and got some barrage for it.
As the right time comes they were going to announce it eg waiting for Carlton to have a stinker eg GC next week Malthouse signs. Once Woods finals has elapsed Reality will hit and Cloke will sign with the blues end of story.
So now anyone in the know at richmond give us some real news get sick of reading we are signing 100 different players.The way the rummer mill is going well have 5 different sides going next year.

Win that game and they have no get out clause for Ratts nor do they get Cloke onboard.

Haha yeah Jeanne Pratt is worth 5 billion and pokies giant Bruce Matheson gave the club 3 pokies venues!! There are rivers of gold flowing into those buggers.. But salary cap wise, it would be great to see them lose a great player or 2 and stuff them right up!
