Pretty much the only good things from this game were Ruscoe, and Henry’s first half.

100%. Has all the attributes to become a great defender.

Strangely, his attitude also seems to have come 180 degrees since the move to defence as evidenced by his checking on Betts when he was hurt. Compared to throwing tantrums at the umpire when he was in the forwardline.

98% TOG for 23 disposals at 85% efficiency. Easily his best game to date and pleasing to see him build on last week’s sub and do it across 4 quarters. Appears to have good core strength and keep his feet, which is important especially in defence.

As a forward, he looked like he should be playing division 3 thirds for Greensborough.
As a defender he looks like he belongs and looks like he could be a really good player for us.

Agree he is very good in defence but as a first year player in a dysfunctional forward set up he was hardly as bad as you say
