It was mostly just walks and diet when I was at 130.

Wasn’t until about 8 weeks or so ago where I started getting into running at about 112kgs. Was diagnosed with a fatty liver in early 2020 and finally want to get my s**t together and sort it out that’s why it’s been easier to push myself tbh.

Excellent stuff mate - Keep going !!

Also my old gardener is a campaigner. He ******* went and mowed all these weed infested shitholes and then bought his mower to our place and ******* cross contaminated out couch grass with weeds, kikuyu and all sorts of garbage.

Getting a new lawn now...and this time, no i will not mow my own lawn, ill just provide the mower to the gardener so it isn't getting mixed with pleb garden.

Kik is the absolute worst !!! I have Windsor Green couch and have a couple of tiny kikuyu runners come through from time to time.

Literally have to get a small paint brush and paint it with zero concentrate.

Then use this product as well as it's a suppresses of kikuyu. Not farken cheap tho at around $200 for 100ml

His insanity goes far beyond simply 'liking Ken'.

This unhinged individual is the cult leader of our happy-clapping supporters. He has proudly gone by the name 'Ken Oath' publicly and privately since his Facebook group, 'Ken Oath's True Believers', became popular at the beginning of Ken Hinkley's tenure.

His obsession with Ken Hinkley has driven him to dox (and attempt to dox) countless critics - including members of this forum - and silence them in ways which could almost be compared to blackmail. As if that isn't bad enough, he has also been known to encourage his followers to attack and harass these critics.

That is the short version, and why a lot of folks around here don't enjoy seeing his content shared.

As Launchpad McQuack mentioned, I was one of the people he attempted to dox. He misfired, and doxed another member of this forum instead. He then attempted to leverage the deletion of this member's personal details from his public feed in exchange for me no longer tagging the club or David Koch in my 'We Were Port Adelaide' content, which I politely reminded him was utterly insane.
