What a way to instil confidence in your players.

Imagine what our club might be able to achieve once we rid ourselves of this negative loser handbrake.

Kenny saying this after his VC comes out after the showdown and said “I felt like as a group we didn’t quite believe”

Can’t make this shit up. Woweee

The best quote I saw recently was from Jurgen Klopp - “I didn’t make them believe. I reminded them what happens when you believe”

We are the laughing stock of the AFL.

I think you just need some changes in personnel.
Koch and Ken need to step aside (thank them for their contributions) and change how they go about it.
The way they play reminds me a lot of how we used to play. Lots of long bombs onto Hawkins head while opposition load up players around him and rebounded it out. And we never had clever or good enough small forwards (from 2014-2019) to put on pressure chasing those guys down or stopping the turnover.

Now we probably have the best forward line in the comp and we get it in quick transitioning from our back half taking risks through the corridor and let our slew of very good small blokes go to work. Helps when Hawk is as unselfish as he is. Could have probably kicked an extra 200/300 goals if he didn't pass soo many off.

To me, I've never rated Dixon or many of your forwards for that matter (i'm a big fan of Lord for obvious reasons) but maybe i am just spoiled getting to watch Hawk/Jezza every week and now Stengle/Miers/Close/OHenry/Dempsey etc.

The injury thing is overrated. Most of the players out at the moment are ranked somewhere between 16-30 on the depth chart. The only top 10 player out is Rozee and if you stretch it to top 15 you could probably include Soldo and SPP. It's hardly a crisis and absolutely no excuse for another poor performance.

Nah Williams out is fine, he was terrible last week and would very likely have been exposed for pace against Gryan and co.
Bergman will go down back to pick up Cameron; Sinn on the wing be an interesting look where he has the fliexiblity to play down back. Or perhaps it is time for DBJ to return to the back line.

Oh, well; this time last year we had eight changes for the Cats and lost by 12 points. Where Dante played his first game and rucked solo. Oops Fredian slip.

The thing to remember about all of our forwards is they are coached so terribly that GAS would look like shit out there for us.

We've had KPFs say openly the coaches tell them their #1 priority is to "bring the ball to ground".

We wont know the real ceilings of anyone in our forward line til we get a good coaching group (and most will be past it by then or unable to adapt anyway)

So you're saying we should sack hinkley?

It's a radical idea, but I think this board could come around to it
