It'd be nice if they took the same simplified and accessible approach to the pictograms as they did to the broadcast graphics then. I guess easily conveying information isn't their main objective after all.

Pictograms are designed by the host nation, broadcast graphics are designed by OBS

I think it's the font. If they used this a little more, it might look slightly fresher.

I mean moreso the functionality rather than the design. It's really lacking in sports like basketball – shot clock only appears for the last 5 seconds, no ongoing mention of team fouls etc.

Just way too basic

Funny thing is 3x3 Basketball has a static shot clock and team foul count.

Thought that the countdown clock looked a bit odd on the telecast tonight. Worked out that it was due to one digit being missing (showing up as 9:33 instead of the usual 09:33).

This was the scorebug for the game on ESPN Australia. I assume it's the NFL's world feed?

Fox Footy probably sucked up the budget for the week at Fox Sports HQ

Pretty much par for the course. Fox's "Super Saturday" format has been the norm for decades with the coverage hosted centrally at their studios but then going to the ground for each game's call - barring some exceptions and Finals, all Saturday games are exclusive to them as well, back-to-back, so it makes sense to have an "anchor" studio setup rather than sending a hosting team to one of the grounds.

New 7cricket graphics for women’s internationals. First graphic change since 2018 for women’s internationals, they have changed the W/BBL graphics once before

Why do 7 always irk me? This looks much cleaner than the old graphics but its missing a big NZL somewhere as the batting side.

I don’t think they need to identify who is batting when they are using the team colours for the score & the team logo text to the batters name

100 times better than the BBL graphics, hopefully they get changed.

Would rather they stick to the current test graphics though as they're simple but effective
