Tassie play their last minor round game on the road, and if they can win they become favourites to stay at home in the major round by hosting the final. The Blues had the last round off and now lose Hauritz on top of Haddin, Bollinger and the injured Maddinson, but if they win they will be equal top with a game in hand on two of the three teams they're equal with, with SA to play on Thursday.

Bolllinger's absence means Coyte probably survives being Pollarded in the last game, with Trent Copeland to replace the Rug and 17-year-old Pat Cummins making his debut in place of Hauritz. Cummins apparently is very quick, and has 4/33 in 12 Twenty20 overs this year, on top of 18 wickets at 24 in the longer version of grade cricket. Nevill returns for Haddin, leaving one spot for Khawaja and Rohrer, the latter having been in the squad for the first two games being the favourite.

Thanks to Hilditch and co, no Tim Paine for the Tigers, but they do get to hang on to Xavier Doherty after he was dumped for reasons known to nobody outside the selection panel, and probably nobody inside the selection panel. Butterworth, Cowan and Drew make up the numbers but that's still as close as they're likely to get.

Was going to this game but now sadly not. Looking forward to seeing Ten Doeschate play, quality cricketer, easily the Netherlands greatest player they have ever produced....

well bowled cummins. as said in the NSW thread he's got a very nice action. watch this space. he's definately one we'll hear a lot about in the future.

**** we have another quick bowler? Geez.

Going pretty well, keep em under 160 over the last two overs and we have a total we can definately chase, although we dont have the greatest batting line up for twenty20 it seems tonight.

Tassie finish on 6/152
Clark 1/23
Cummins 3/29
Coyte 0/22
Henriques 2/31
Copeland 0/26 - not a limited overs player!
O'Keefe 0/17

Warner struggles against spin, so hopefully tas open with both x and krejza for an over...wicket seems up and down...

The key to the match is the first 5 overs and not allowing Hughes and Warner to tea-off. If Tas keep those two below a total of 50, its game over.

Lots of slower balls needed...

good return for cummins. only watched his fourth over.

don't know why copeland continues to get belted in one day matches. well i kinda know. he relies on just bowling consistent line and length over and over and over and over. when he tries to mix it up it seems like he just loses everything.

not a big total. they should win. going to the pub :)
