Yes, one person in 250 years is sure conclusive that racism is no longer a factor
Well racism was at least officially a factor, systematic institutionalised racism, factor until what, 1960?

So it's 60 years practically speaking, where the opportunities have been level, but a racist undercurrent is a factor, not 250.

There's been roughly 15 elections since then? Obama has won 2 of them. Roughly 13%.

The rough percentage of African Americans in the USA?

13%

Part of the left's problem is carrying on like it's 1960's Mississippi, it's not, it never will be again thankfully & it's a bullshit card to play when the reality is you ran a shitty administration and Kamala's campaign was a trainwreck.
It can be both.

It can still be bad, even though it isn't as bad as it used to be.

You are right though that the left carries on like not a single thing has improved one iota.

Lol because it’s you and others

You can’t debate, so people come with personal attacks to me.

Again things could of differ but no the lefties chose to attack me from then on it’s was fair game.

Learn how to take a joke instead of making things personal.
To me it comes across as you have not been trying to do anything in this thread but rile people up for a bit of “banter” as you call it. It has nothing to do with people having different opinions, your debate style is purely to aggravate.

gbear El_Scorcho @ContestedMarx all protesting about Trump being elected

That Trump Tower hotel in Chicago is a ripper. Stayed there last time I was in the windy city.

The Left live on identity politics so creating these binary opposing viewpoints is their schtick irrespective of how actually truthful they are. And their supporter base buys into it with the utmost of totality. I have a lot of good friends in the States and it's quite incredible how I've seen their brains turn to absolute mush when it comes to the idea of US federal politics.

The Dems could never fathom the idea that they ran a terrible campaign led by an incompetent figurehead as the face of it. Much easier to subliminally blame the other side, be it misinformation, accusations of racism, Nazism etc, all the while not realising that the very people they're denigrating are many of the ones they need to flip in 4 years time.

“the opportunities have been level”
Wonder what that means?
Some nice maths there to suit a narrative. How many women? How many black VPs? How many black candidates have been put forward for President?

They basically ran the same uninspiring campaign with a geriatric old white dude and won the last time.

This is about as good as your predictions about Hinkley 🤣

Biden at the time presented a somewhat unknown alternative, and covid made it a very unique political climate.

But the overwhelming majority of the electorate over there believe they are in a worst position now than 4 years ago, so running essentially the same campaign with a candidate who had such strong ties to the existing administration was never going to be a recipe for success this time around.

All that Biden presented was an uninspiring alternative that still beat Trump even though he was telling everyone what a magnificent job he was doing.
They voters back then obviously thought they were in a worse position than when he entered office in 2017.

Not forgetting that last time the USA was in the midst of a covid-george Floyd shitshow so people were open to something else with more vigour than currently.
