I'm talking about the user base, comments etc. Take youtube channels like the Young Turks, Majority report etc. Just pales in comparison to the views and engagemet the likes of Tim Pool, Patrick David, Rogan, Crowder etc get and the formers have been around twice as long. It's a space the left lost long ago save for maybe streamers like Destiny and Hasan

Its always been a case of. Dems have 90% of the US media, 10% social media (more TikTok). Repbulicans have social media +10% of the US media. A ton of it is their own doing. Trump went on the YT shows like Adin Ross, Impaulsive, Joe Rogan. Kamala had the invitations but never turned up. You cant create a user base on a platform you never engage with.

Thats more a lesson learned then a leaning of those sites themselves.

I said this before the election and was called a doomer, I think the majority of the democratic party elected officials and corporate backers prefer a Trump presidency to a progressive like Bernie as president.

They spend their time trying to govern as far to the right as they can get away with, so we have this dance of a right wing party vs a much further right party every 2-4 years.

And they still get called communist anyway

I think the point is that the conservatives have been a lot more smart and savy about spreading their message online.

That's because pretty much every msm outlet is a democrat shill ... Bar a few programs on fox. Progressives don't do well online because they get constantly called out and trolled even though they own basically every major online media outlets along with the companies running the internet ie google Facebook etc. thank god for elon.

Democrats spent multiple times more than the rnc through their scam act blue network.

Yet Trump still won the popular vote. Trump won big.

I agree it was a mistake to skip Rogan, probably easy to say in hindsight but also wasn't going to change the result either.

If they even learn that lesson, it's going to take years for them to catch up.

Trump will do **** all for anyone and will use the office of the President to enrich himself. Same as last time. US debt will sky rocket. Same as last time. Inequality will widen further. Same as last time. And Trump will golf ever other day. Same as last time.

I have no idea why people vote for him. I really don't. The idea that he will help working people is laughable.
