The standalone bill passed earlier this year but has not been brought to a vote in the Senate.

The Gabriella Miller Kids First Research Act was passed as a standalone bill by the Republican-controlled House earlier this year, but held up by the Democratic-controlled Senate. Now they're lying and using kids with cancer to manipulate Americans.

You just admitted the whole premise of this claim is bogus:

That's right, the House passed HR3391 in March of this year and Chuck Schumer tabled it.
