Why anyone would be confused about team Biden attempting to mitigate it a few weeks out from an election I'm not sure. Its not a tickling contest, its a presidential election they were trying to win - their response would have been similar if the allegations were true or not (turns out they weren't, on the available evidence 4 years later).

I'm not confused about why they tried to mitigate it. Biden pardonning his son for crimes past, present and emerging com[pletely unrelated as well, i'm sure.

And what do you think of the aspects that the lawyers for Gaetz and Dorworth are trying to make a big deal about disputing, compared to the major findings that they've avoided?
