But they could of still given other players promotions or simply not given Blight and Grey new numbers to free up higher numbers freeing up more of those super high numbers for the draftees
They also still gave away 29 that is a relatively big number in Richmond’s history
None of the decisions seem consistent in my eyes just half measures in multiple directions

Imo Campbell is probably the only other player deserving of an upgrade, and even with him it's questionable because he hasn't played many games yet.
They couldn't really leave Gray and Blight in numbers over 50 as they're used for our VFL players. They only got such high numbers in this year because we didn't have another option.
Giving #29 to a draftee is consistent with what we've done before, with Bolton also getting it when drafted.
