you should include bulleen in this. they could be the smokey to come out of the pack. hampton are in trouble with that run home. looks like they peaked to early. no surprises if yarra beat them this week.

If two teams that are in the relegation (8th & 9th) mix are locked together at the end of the year re wins, loss, for, against, percentage and premiership points, and also shared the same head-to-head record for the year, then what does the VAFA do ? Do they have a relegation play-off between the teams to decide who goes down a section,to join the 10th placed team that is already relegated?

this is so extremely unlikely to happen that its not worth mentioning. for 2 teams to have the same %age would mean that they would have to kick the same points for and against, or a factor of each others. the chances of this happening are to small to worry about. i can't see it ever where the VAFA (or any suburban league with relegation/promotion system) can't split teams to get relegated

My guess is that maybe 10-13 wins would assure a place in the finals; around 14-16 wins the double chance and a spot in the second semi while as far as relegation is concerned 2-6 wins the chance to avoid being relegated down to D2.

I would like to know people's opinions on where they think Bulleen Temp will finish and if they have any chance of finals and or promotion to C Grade.

Can't write them off, but they'd have to make a big charge from here. We'll know more in 2 weeks.

Now Jase,

I think Bulleen are a very good side on their day, but you can't have a side which is 2 games plus % off 4th $3.10 in betting markets. They would be about $5 to make the four...

They gave us a good kicking at Ted Ajani, but they will have to win all their remaining games to have any chance of making the 4.. As for Pietryk he seems to be in their best every week so he must have some sort of chance...

They will struggle. Very good side, however at 6-6 with a poor %, not even an 11-7 finish will be good enough. i actually think they are capable of winning 5 of the last 6 (Can beat YV and OP's away, and will be very hard to beat at home against Prahran and OM's) however an away game against Rovers in 2 weeks time will be the final nail in the coffin. If however they win this week and then defeat Rovers......get on them for promotion!
