Vent at me for not sticking with Suban....was in my side for at least 2 weeks straight...sigh.

So very much this.

Lesson: back your intuition, don't listen to other flogs on the board, and take a chance.

It's just a game but DT's a curiously gutting thing some days.

Bit disappointed after having Mundy in my team for a large majority of the pre-season.

Was also very close to getting Barlow in too before lockout, went with another unique pick who i hope smashes it next week ;).

SCOOOTERRR GTFO OUT OF MY TEAM!!!!

Must admit strongly considered but it was probably his game against port that made me change, other than that i wouldnt have and also the wellingham injury. He only scored 53 from 91% tog in port game and tagged a bit from watching it. Also thought hed go to fyfe in negating role, he played on fyfe to great success last time.

Glad i avoided so far, only round 1.

In case you're lost, this is the vent thread, NOT the gloat thread.

Its alright mate, you hang your hat on that. bet i was in front of you when i stopped playing last year, in fact i know i was, unless you were top 5k.
I'm just playing mate. Cripps will make money and score decently with the added game time showed last night though, can guarantee it. Not a bad pick.

Hes not in the eagles best team when they have Kerr, Wellingham, Nicoski, Rosa, NicNat back along with Embley not being the sub. That was more the point i was getting at but maybe you predicted a LTI to Lecras ;)

Not interested in him in the long term though; with Kerr, Wellingham, Nicoski and NN at least out for a while, he'll be in the side and should score around the 80 mark. Will have a few price hikes and that's all I was interested in him for. Certainly not jumping on now and wasting a trade, but there are definitely worse mid-priced options in the midfield.

Scott Burns on radio said NN and Kerr (i think it was him mighve been wellingham would be right for round 2). Also when Wellingham did his injury that said round 2 return aswell for him, so i wouldnt be relying on that too much. If Cripps was a forward, than maybe. Anyway he has been worth his coin so far so all that is irrelevant but best of luck with him, i think if eagles can get on top of some sides he will do well its just very hard to see him ahead of Hams, Lecras, Hill as small forwards.

Hes a perfect sub candidate aswell he can play anywhere and saints used him a lot as a sub on or off from memory

Edit: As you know Dannnnn i push people to be unique so i shouldnt be shadowing the pick, its paid off so far. Well done for having the balls in trying to do something different, i actually hope it does pay off for that very reason.
