Vents and Regrets Thread 2019 Edition

6 rounds in here are all my regrets:

Starting Balta over Miers or Petruccelle
Starting Balta on field in round 1
VC / C on Gawn and Grundy in round 1
Starting Callum Mills
Not starting Boak after posting 20 times on here about how he's the biggest lock in the forward line behind Danger and Heeney
Bringing in Witherden last week
Starting Valente on my mid bench
Starting Milera (only because he got injured)
Not bringing in Ross or Baker (or both) last week
Starting Clayton Oliver
Starting Dom Sheed
Starting Bailey Scott
Not starting Collins or Rozee or both

And there's a few silly rookie on field options that I missed...

Apart from the starting mistakes, biggest mistake was reversing a trade 5 mins bf R4 lockout which was darling + lycett OUT grundy + rookie IN. Thought lycetts dpp was worth it and gave darling 1 more chance. Was ok R4 then went to shit and lycett following suit....
Worst mistake yet!

**** this game honesty, every trade I have made this year has been a kiss of death.

Round 2 trades

Walters out for Kelly, Walters goes on to avarage over 100 and Kelly gets injured at the end of his first game for me and spuds up a 39 the next week.

Dusty out for Rockliff and he gets his pee brain concussed.

Round 3 trades

Whitfield in before he hit a huge price seemed great until he cops a corky and spuds up and misses a week.

Round 4

Take a punt on Marshall who spuds up a 50 while Petruccelle plays the game of his life and tons up on my bench. Marshall then goes on to miss the next week.

Round 7

Panic trade of Whitfield out for Sicily only for Lockhard to out score him.on my bench.

Can anyone beat that shitfest?

Trading out Walters and Whitfield was just dumb, you did that to yourself, can't even be mad about it

Walters was playing 90% time in the forward line the first 2 weeks and has played in the midfield ever since I traded him so thats just Ross ****ing me.

I conceded Whitfield to Sicily is dumb if Whitfield only misses a week.

I retract this vent as the mid-pricers are scoring like rookies now.

Too bad Macrae, Coniglio, Oliver and M Crouch are scoring like ****ing mid-pricers

Honestly, not having Keira has really sucked. I had him for most of pre-season until Robertons injury meant i had the cash to 'upgrade' him to Greene.

Have made a lot of other mistakes but this one hurts the most.

I traded Walters after round 2 for the same reason. But no longer regret it because it was a downgrade to Miers who has been the POD cash cow from heaven. And is now scoring more than Sonny.

Getting in Lloyd last week when I should have grabbed T.Kelly.

Was still mentally scarred from going nearly all last season without the seagull so went with him instead.

Since then T.Kelly has scored 90 odd more points and I will have to pay way more for him while kents will be able to pick up seagull for under $600,000.00.

F@rk I hate this game sometimes.
