I don't know anything about Gaza property regulations but GP is saying no foreign nationals can buy land there. That's not unusual - lots of developing countries have similar laws. Are you saying he's incorrect? Only sales to Israelis are prohibited?

Amnesty International, United Nations, Human Rights Watch etc etc.
