i havent seen about a year after it came out but from what i remember there wasnt as much highlights as i thought there was/should of been. can anyone confirm this and do you reakon they should bring out a newer and better one but focus more on the field and maybe have 5mins of the drama becuase you just cant evoid and it would come up anyway?

It had some highlights, but mainly just interviews with players, coaches etc. The annoying thing was that it was made before the 1999 premiership. Hopefully a new and improved version is released!

Yes, I have to agree with you (now I have actually watched it).

and for a relative newbie like me.. it was magic seeing all that footage - even though there definitely could have been more of it. Loved everything except the "interlude music". What were they thinking with that ?

I watch it a couple of times a year. Could be more highlights, I agree.
The mark and long goal against the Dogs at the Western Oval shows that this guy could play like no one else could. It turned a clearing kick out of defense into a goal in under ten seconds .. the most valuable thing in football.

Its not a highlights tape & that's whats disappointing about it. When he retired last year, one of the channels put together a highlights package over the credits and that was sensational.

If they could make it along the lines of G.Abletts season 94 where he comments on the highlights, it would be worth a look.

I'm a little dissapointed in the way the 2006 has panned out for the Kangaroos this year, and as such am also sick of thie chip - chip, handball - handball....possession game that the league seems to be headed.

My question is to ALL Kangas supporters to let me know what they consider the best Kangroos Games/Wins (of course) of the past decade. We were truly blessed watching a bloke by the name of W. Carey leading our team and its something we should feel privlidged to be apart of.

I'm sick of the way the game is headed, and would like to purchase some DVD's to remind of 'days gone by' when the Kangas kicked it long and that 'never say die attitude' which won us more games than we lost.

If you could let me know what you consider the best and Round, Year, Score and breif summary of the game i.e Carey kicked 8, Kicked 8 last quarter golas etc etc.
