I actually saw a post from them on the Entertainment board about the new Ironman movie.

Same Nigerian email stilted English, but I have to admire the effort of looking outside the fitness board to get their post count up.

Thought I'd show you a progress shot of mine... 3 months, 11kg dropped... trainer made me take photos for a program competition I'm part of, involved a spray tan lol.

Love the definition starting to appear.. can't wait to see what another 12 weeks brings!
