Don't care if he isn't great at speaking, its not really correlated to coaching ability.

Nicks for example can barely string a sentence together in press conferences, but has the Crows playing pretty good footy.

He’s actually not that bad at speaking IMO.

Sounds like he’ll be a grounded coach, which is a good thing. Aims high but is realistic
