The anti Yze narrative continues.

Fridge has been half in and half out for 2 years, he toured Port but didn't get the offer he wanted, so signed to get him to free agency so he could take the best dollar offer available.

JGTI was a team first player that sacrificed his body and possession count for the betterment of the team.

Stop reading into everything in a negative light. It's ridiculous.

What does the "pro Yze" narrative even look like can i ask?

I was completely supporting this guys hiring and up to round 12 when we beat Adelaide & i thought he had done well to keep the side competitive and getting a couple of wins.

But the 2nd half of the year was "all time low" stuff.

The Dusty situation was poorly managed. The player Exodus a absolute unmanaged disaster. The guys leaving are not like "the Lions 5" back in the day - they are premierships heroes who i NEVER doubted their loyalty previous to 2024. I saw no clever" tactical strategies being used. So no "Master Motivator" skills & he just seems socially awkward and nervous.

Without taking the piss, i dont even know how the "pro Yze" narrative starts

Mate u lost me when you dissed mini for being a Dimma clone , umm yea let’s hate on him , he’s too much like a triple premiership coach🥺 , not sure I’ve read anything more unintelligible in my life . You’re coming from a long way back buddy

So he needs a mentor, senior assistants around him, a speech pathologist and a social media manager

We need a friggen coach to coach our coach
Let him coach , sink or swim in this business I’m happy with the new asst, wouldn’t mind an experienced head not sure who , if it’s someone like Alan Richardson no thx , is Leon Cameron worth bringing in , was a qty asst for a long time

They’re are loosers mate

Yze is going to be saved by us having bigger issues.. still about 5 positions in the club to be filled and barely anyone to choose from

Meanwhile our new ceo who’s meant to be head hunting is busy cheering on the women’s

I’m not sure that detracts from his mo , they’re a part of the club of course he’d be supporting them they’re having a great year and half a chance to win it , what makes you think by doing that he’s not focused on the big pic

Leon Cameron has a plumb role at the swans and kids are yr12 and 11 or 10 from memory. He isn’t leaving the swans

Good call that was an average call and typifies a bit of a knuckle dragging attitude

Not saying he shouldn’t but how about some focus on the men’s. Even clubs that finished the season later than us have already have already secured all their new staff

Your talking a bit of rubbish here.

Dusty situation had nothing to do with Yze. Love Dusty but this year he looked unfit and couldn't even run 50 meters and then when injured goes travel abroad that's on him commitment no one bigger then the club.

Simple you don't acknowledge the fact we had a few rotten apples in the senior group this season not on the same page. Very simple your in or out if out clean out your locker. See Broad, Nanks and Vlastuin application this season.

He may not be the best speaker, but that will improve hopefully the club gets him the training , but I'll rather him then a car sales man like Terry Wallace.

Another important point the club gave him assistants from a previous regime and a incompetent fitness and medical department and this bs talk Gale comes out and says Yze was sitting back this season and now it's his team. You appoint the coach you give him the keys to coach how he wants from day one.

I think Jarrad Schofield would be a good addition to our coaching ranks. He's got a tough edge to him.

Instead of denouncing my post with a few hundred words, maybe you could just use 50 of them to actually give a "pro Yze" comment that doesn't include blaming everyone else.

Yes, he had a shit year - but what was the 1 positive we took away?

That a all-time champion looked like he just gave up in the end? Or that 4 Premiership heroes all quit in his first season to go play for similar money?

The easiest way to prove me wrong is give a solid answer Vs trying to deconstruct mine.

The boys of Fox footy discussing Richmond Brad stated if I was Adem's manager I would be going in and asking for a contract extension.
Clearly the pro Yze narrative starts with removing ones brain and align with Brad.

You didn't address my points or acknowledge any of them I think it shows a bit of bias narrative on your behalf not one counter argument you gave me instead of saying blaming everyone the easy option you took.

Martin body was gone and finished blind freddy could see that
4 leaving was not due to Yze. Bolton had the go home factor and Baker to. Graham shopped himself around like before no loss for me , Rioli partner has ties to QLD and Dimma factor. Talk a bit of facts and sense.

I'll give you a answer

He played the kids where as the previous regime was hesitant to stuck with our declining premiership heroes. Alot of kids showed improvements and promise, Campbell, Brown etc. The youth got games and we're backed in.

If you think playing a young side with a bunch of kids and a few senior players can play 4 quarters a week your in fairyland. They play a quarter here and there or a half like we saw this season. That's natural until they get 50 games under the belt. We were in most of our games and just faded out which is natural for a team in a first year rebuild.

The biggest pro and it was a result of circumstance is the amount of games put into the younger players. Definitely done out of need, but it is a bonus and something Yze will benefit from. The fact they’re all recommitting is a sign that they are also buying in.
A few fallen soldiers moving on because of whatever circumstances doesn’t have to be a blight on Yze. We will definitely see gradual improvement as the games tick by. As you say we were on most before fading. There were some green shoots.

Na **** who am I kidding he’s a dud. Dimmas a campaigner, gales a Judas, O’Rourke is out of line and Dunne is doing nothing.

Broad knocks back more money to re-sign.
Balta signs a 7 year extension a year before he needs to commit.
Fair indication that there isn't a culture issue or problems with Yze being the coach at Richmond.
As I've said numerous times, those that are wanting out are doing so, because they can't/won't commit to what Yze is wanting to build, so good riddance to them. Happier than ever to back Yze and the club in on their stand and give both him and them the chance to truly establish what his vision is.

Exactly.

Balta's commitment proves that yze isn't the issue otherwise he would've looked for other opportunities next year. Most clubs would've been keen to sign him

Really strong words from Noah. Obviously there was some division in the sheds and I’m glad the moves are being made to send them on their way.
heck if we pull off what looks as though is happening it could be huge. Next few years are going to be fun
