If his disposal was better ! That is exactly why he wasn't given more midfield time . We had just come of a wooden spoon year where our disposal was highly criticised both externally and internally . His field kicking was well below average so he was given time to develop on the HFF . He was dropped for the finals due to having very few injurys and poor disposal . Ebert was always going to be a good player he just didn't want to work on his game and earn his spot . Then he screwed us on the way out .

The only "reaction" I sought was to ascertain whether you were capable of articulating your reasons for a position you seem to hold strongly despite overwhelming evidence of its silliness ...

All we've received are extremely juvenile "comebacks" thus confirming a view that silliness is likely the source of said position.

Lads, at the risk of putting the head in a lion's mouth here, can you both just quit it?

It's deep into the pre-season dead zone and each time I see a new post in one of these threads I have a moment of (usually unrealistic) optimism that we actually a) have news about a given player or topic, or b) are discussing a given player or topic in a meaningful way.

If I want never-ending disappointment, I have my life.

Posted 2 hours after I'd walked away...

The joke remains that Fivey and others allow clowns to post complete bolocks; then when they are challenged they simply behave like 12 year olds .... I'm happy to debate ANY view I have, no matter how vigorous it gets. But clowns who post shit and then just behave like juveniles should be culled.

Fred's post count needs trump all reason it seems ...

Any chance we could possibly go back to discussing Karpany in a Karpany thread? Off-topic posts from this point on will be deleted and repeat offenders will be dealt with.
