Well known rifts or blues between players of same club. Anyone know of others that I have missed?
Robert Flower - Jacko (MELBOURNE)
-----------------------------------------------
One of the most famous ones.
That was more a case of Jacko whacking Flower in a pracitise match and having every Melbourne player running in to get him. Barassi ordered him off the ground.
Geoff Raines versus Richardson (COLLINGWOOD)
-----------------------------------------------
Strangely that was over Coleen Hewitt. They strangely seemed to follow each other to Essendon and then Brisbane
Calthorpe versus Barry Young (ESSENDON)
-----------------------------------------------
Sheedy promised them that one of them would be gone at the end of the year. I think it was Calthorpe who found himself up at Brisbane.
Carey versus Archer (KANGAROOS)
-----------------------------------------------
Heard enough about that one.
BT versus Millane (COLLINGWOOD)
-----------------------------------------------
Typical nightclub incident that they covered up between them but BT admitted occured in his book that year.
