He helped get rid of Ross so they should be thanking us.
well here is the thing....

Shane Kersten knew he was going to be de-listed. Kersten then verbally pots shots Ross Lyon on the way out. Then just after that, Ross Lyon got sacked.

you can decide who the winner was. I think everyone was the winner here

I am really jelly of your 9th and puddle depth list.
I'll admit it was a disappointing year - we were only able to beat Geelong and its "greatest ever" Holy Trinity midfield once. :'(

Well all Home and Away games matter to the Handbaggers, it’s the Finals they don’t care about.

Otherwise why don’t they sack C.Scott with his 70% winning record in Home and Away games but his 80% losing record in Finals.

Only thing that matters to the Hawks these days.

No one on the Bay could have missed your disappointment.

So can we take it that you are not one of the Handbaggers who call Mr 80% losing record in Finals, those nasty names?

Some of the names they call him on the Handbagger board, even disgust me.

I never hear you comment on him as you always deflect, so I am chalking you up as one of his fan boys.

Disregard my previous posts, I was undervaluing TK. Three first round picks is the asking price now.

Tick tock... :drunk:

Fine, three first rounders or two top tens for TK. Final offer.
Vozzo is reportedly stunned at Wellsy manliness. He will pay up big time. Geelong win again.
Seems as though you're still in the 'bargaining' stage. Don't worry, depression will come soon and hopefully acceptance not too far off.

Timmy walks from the club, everyone lets him walk his way to WCE.
The chance of this is increasing with the way Wells the w***er is handling it so far

Almost like he is confident they can strong arm him into changing his destination to Cockburn

Hopefully other clubs remember and remember well if anyone names Geelong

As Fox Footy said on their Twitter page when they reported this. "Let the games begin".

Enjoy playing silly buggers Geelong. I hope you realise when it's time to get serious.

Player welfare doesn't seem to be Geelongs MO. He's been clear for over 12 months he wanted to go home, and he's not compromised his performance while at Geelong.
Player Welfare seems to be only a concern of Geelong is the destination

Hence all the sob stories on Ablett & Dangerfield

Geelong "playing hardball" is like watching the cats during the H&A season knowing with complete certainty they'll collapse #whenitmatters. Wells is blustering now but he'll expose his soft underbelly by the end of the week and accept whatever the Eagles are willing to pay to get the deal done.

As a club Geelong is no longer feared or formidable, merely droning and annoying.

Have they ever been feared besides when Dank had them artificially above everyone else?

I felt like 92 & 94 were almost bradbury flags against the bridesmaid's

Making that scum animal Ablett senior retire flagless was a big feather in our club's hat

Nope. Outside Geelong's peptide years they've never been a threat in my lifetime, hence that 44 year flag drought. Bit like the Dogs, their lack of success was mostly why they used to be the second team of many people before club started winning Premierships* and developing a culture of arrogant entitlement.

West Coast is ten times the football club Geelong was, is, or ever will be. I've always respected the Eagles (Gaff incident aside) and the Cats could learn a lot by studying the way West Coast goes about it. Not that they will, Geelong's a become a boy's club of fools who refuses to heed outside opinion.

You don't need to concern yourself if it annoys you that much.
