Oh Please!!! Geelong got lucky, the talent was already there. WC could have/should have grabbed him but got greedy and thought they would steal the lot. Geelong lucked in.

And now you have to pay us out.

Seriously you backward West Coast hicks.

Do you want TK or not?

I see you have taken Business 101 at Edith Cowan community college.

When you actually get out there, in the real world, what you find out is the only law that matters is posession.

To break down the flaws in your argument further, market logic as you describe only works where supply and demand are at parity in terms of their ability to manipulate the market. E.g. if I own the majority of Tim Kellys, I can manipulate the market price for Tim Kellys by either flooding the market with Tim Kellys or withholding sales of Tim Kellys. In an effective monopoly, all power sits with the seller. The reverse can happen for the buyer, but it would require everybody else to also have all the Tim Kellys and there be only one buyer looking for a Tim Kelly. But that isn't the case in this example.

Another flaw is the idea that buyers and sellers in a market will act in their immediate self interest. However, if all my Tim Kellys are bought by my competitor, then it is not in my interest to put my Tim Kellys on the market at all. I may rationally choose to give them away for free to a non competing community organisation like Gold Coast Suns.

The biggest flaw in your argument is the idea that the buyer dictates the price of a product. This is never the case in any market. The cost of production + distribution + profit determines this. The buyer has two choices, pay the price or walk away.

In this example, I initially bought my Tim Kellys as raw material, and carefully crafted my Tim Kellys into the best product in the market that you refer to. Such elite products determine the ceiling of market price ranges, and are generally not available to poorer buyers who try to haggle prices hoping they can afford to also pay the electricity bill after the purchase.

I hope this helps with your misunderstanding about where West Coast sit in our negotiations.

Almost complete drivel. I only say almost because it was at least mildly amusing.

We will trade pick 3 for two later first rounders. Trade one one those to Freo for Brad Hill and Ed Langdon.

There you have it. Freo have 2 first rounders and 1 mill

Geelong have got bigger things to worry about , now than Kelly, having tossed away a 3 game buffer..
I’ve said it before about peaking too early..

Deal has been done Catters! It's this years first rounder and next years first rounder for Kelly plus this years second rounder. In other words pick 18 + pick 18 for Kelly + pick 26. Your lot were desperate to deal with Freo to get a top 10 pick but Kelly wouldn't have it.

Do you have roof?
Also your maths skills are 💩

- Confucius say -

“Happy wife = happy life”

- But if she is held captive in Geelong Confucius also say -

“Meth here is rife so get me out of this dead-end backwater shithole before I gut you with a straight razor or rusty butter knife”

"This club is a great club. I love the club. Right now to be honest, I can't really see myself anywhere else," Kelly said in Perth on Wednesday.

Geelong are done, if Kelly goes this means its best players will be Ablett ( old man now ) Dangerfraud ( couple of seasons left ) and Selwood who is a shadow of his former self. Why would Kelly want to stick around for a rebuild down there ?
