Its 16th plays 9th this Friday at Whitten Oval as the Dogs take on the Swans. I'm assuming the team will fly down the men on Thursday in prep for this game and the probs stay for the GF match on Saturday.

We should win this one provided we don't get any more injuries out of the weekend. Will wait to see what's posted on that front.

Anyone from Sydney down for the GF and wanting to attend this game, catch a Sunbury line train and get off at West Footscray station, which is right outside the ground.

Going to be a nice day, but a bit cool at night. The ground is perfect for AFLW and I think there will be a good crowd there.

Western Bulldogs v Sydney at Mission Whitten Oval, 7:15pm AEST
Last time they met:
Sydney 14.12 (96) defeated Western Bulldogs 6.3 (39), round eight, 2023
In the one matchup between these two sides, Sydney recorded its highest-ever score and biggest-ever win, spurring momentum toward finals last year, but if last week's performance is anything to go by, the Bulldogs won't take the rematch lying down.

Our home games are averaging 5k plus. Given we've got a few down for the GF I'm expecting a good number to rock up.

4 changes - the biggest being Ally Morphett back in.

It’s weird that three players are managed and one omitted. Why not just list them all as managed?

I’m just about to head out to Footscray after swinging past to pick someone up from their Melbourne hotel for what I think will be her first ever W game. She lives in Newcastle, I think. And my friend who I’m at the game with tomorrow is bringing her Melbourne based cousin (and mild, rather than rabid, Swans fan) to the W game too.

Great goal Privitelli! Hurley has started well.
We were a bit sloppy early. Too many turnovers.
