Going to take a moment to get a bit serious here. Dan and Bev's sanctions are purely their own self doing, a pair of passionates who can't figure out what's right or wrong when making a point, they both reached into the gutter of unacceptability and payed the consequence, both on more than one occasion. Lets take a step back and reflect on how this shit fight came about, Dan's labelling of JL as Longmanure was a call to arms by the Purples, a disparaging label that has no warrant even on the BAY. JL's performance has been acceptable, came in after Ross the Boss, rookie coach, got hit by the covid shit fight, a group developing players and has taken us to finals, a pretty fair effort. For the flogs from Lathlain that didn't appeal to their sense of acceptability so they had to resort to disparaging language that was unacceptable to me/us. The constant broken record dribble was at time all they could use in their defence of "LOOK at US", they lacked the ability to look forward because they didn't like what they saw, it was all about the past. Dan has taken his bat, ball and Beverley and scampered off, he ditched his Longmanure thread because he couldn't handle the heat from his own clubs performance and resorted to unacceptable behaviour. I call on the MOD's to either change the title and reference to JL as Longmaure in Dan's How's Justin Longmanure working out for you Failmantle (Part 2) 2023 Edition or remove it and flush it down the toilet. This will be the only way Dan will learn and modify his behaviour.

Very good observation Geoff but I don’t think there is an easy remedy.
Dan came back somewhat subdued after his last shock therapy session but it didn’t take him long to fire up again
I’m thinking a full Lobotomy is the only possible cure here .

Either that or his mum could threaten to take his X-Box off him

Freo had a horrible season in 2001... Eagles outdone it by having 2 horrible seasons in a row ! 2022/23. Worst 2 seasons Ever by a W.A club.

They need to lift up their standards next season.

Swans in 1992-4 category is possible, Same with fitzroy of 1994-6.

Swans won 8 games in 1992-4.

• 3 wins in 1992
• 1 win in 1993 (20 game season)
• 4 wins in 1994.

Fitzroy won 8 games in 1994-6

• 5 wins in 1994
• 2 wins in 1995
• 1 win in 1996.

I don’t think he’d do well with a young rebuilding list. He needs others to feed him the ball, with leadership around him. Give him a couple of years and he’ll probably turn into a beast and would be able to carry the responsibility. At this point he needs cover.
