3 weeks after West Coast, is there anybody left?
Maybe Malthouse should have put the Magpies in the "not top four material" too.
I love the new tradition that, when a team has an unassailable lead against Collingwood, the leading team's fans always do their own parody of the "Cooo-lling-woooood" chant.
"Eeeeeeeeeaaaaa-glllllllllllllles"
"Geeeeeeeeeee-loooooooooong"
"Kaaaaaaaaannnn-gaaaaaaaaas"
Of course I realise Collingwood weren't the first to use that type of chant, but it now seems to be used exclusively in games involving the Pies - either by the Black and White, or ironically by the opponents.
Eagles crowds have been doing that for years - long before I moved east, which was 2005. Usually starts any time in the fourth quarter once the win is assured.
it's looking a little weirder than usualI know it's been said many times, but Kennedy's run up is so f***ing bizarre.
Shut up BT
Juan Antonia Samaranch started it in 93The 'Syyyyyyyyyyddddneeeeey' chant has been around since at least the late 90s (when I started going to the footy). lol @ at Collingwood fan trying to claim it.
