We've asked to allow to play Round 1 with him and I don't believe this was knocked back. I believe however this will be his final game with the Wonders (so one to appreciate and acknowledge accordingly this Sunday).

Much like is status quo around here, keeping someone deceased on our list is not really in the best interests of anyone - GUH, teammates, opposition and potential posters seeking to join our club in the near future. A send off game is a nice touch and something I believe we as a community can all agree on as an appropriate tribute to honour those who have given so much to this place, GUH especially. Final games as a customary homage I think is more than appropriate.

We're back

It's not the result we were after but we'll seek to find that #WestCoastEdge and bring some fast and cool movement into our game style in the weeks to come.

Round one saw akkaps return to the Wonders (and what a bloody game!) while Giant YoYo made their league debut (also put on a clinic) and Rubber Arm made their club debut.

It was great to see Pamcake1 and dogs105 back to their posting best.

The Sweet Olympics are going on at the moment and there hasn't been a lot of Wonders success so far but Pamcake1 was able to grab a silver medal in the Fencing.

There's really no way around it unfortunately other than possibly having one team play two games each round for the first 2 fixtures. It would mean that there are uneven byes but it's the price you have to pay.
