Okay bit tired of the "recruited some big names" posts.
Can anyone connected give some definate recruited player names?

As for the topic of "he with mostmoney wins", played my juniors at Port Colts and was interesting to watch the parade of so-called superstars rocking up every year.

I know a lot of my team mates who were good enough got disheartened by this, didnt see a future at Colts, and eventually fell into the same trap - WRFL Div 2 clubs come sniffing and start to offer the coin.

Goodwin has signed with Greenvale in EDFL.

It must be Broadie Holland hey Weapons. haha

But then again im sure there is a line of retired AFL stars just itching to play WRFL div 2.

you will be suprised.......we gonna have a hungey on cobs v d/p this year......ill take d/p by 12 sausage rolls.......

Thanks for the support but considering I am the one responsible for booking all practice matches and the entire pre-season schedule, please remind me who we are booked to play against on April 2? I have it down as a our round 1 clash vs Parkside...

Surely you'd do a little more research or come up with something better than that to bother getting on here with your very informative piece...

well i have research it champ. you booked a practice match with richmond central who are not happy at all . They have called us looking for agame. I must say it is a bit funny.

I heard down at altona Scott Bell not playing at Laverton anymore?Pretty bad loss, I hear Laverton are trying to recruit alot of under 18's players from opposition clubs in div 1..

Must be all training now Weapons....was down at West last Wednesday and i counted nearly 40, plus there were 6 playing bball and a couple of ex players who are pretty good rocked up this week. Not bad, this time last year we had about 20.....must have been the scary divvy 1 we were playing against....Oh well at least they had a crack at it....Rumour has it this years divvy 2 winner has to go up.....Deer Parks odds just plummeted....

I've heard some positive and negative about the club culture ... Anyone have a 'fair' view of the club and coaches?
