St Albans appointment of there reserves coach is a great move. Very popular figure with a good win/loss record. Hearing a few players following him across as well which will improve St Albans overall.

Have you looked into his credentials before making a comment? Mass exoduswait to to you see who's arriving.Tell me it’s not true that deer park reappointed the old president as coach
no wonder there is going to be a mass exodus

They don't.. I gather it's why they're bleating about their points reduction.Deer Park losing more one point players next season is a bit of a worry for them……how do they replace these premiership players?
Why would they have less points now? They don't.. I gather it's why they're bleating about their points reduction.
Have a read of The Leader article. Why would they have less points now?
I don’t care about them but it seems totally unfair to be penalised three years after a flag with all those players no longer there and covid the last two years proving players are dropping offHave a read of The Leader article.

System is based over past three years ….they have an argument accordingly …can’t include sauces prior to pints and salary cap moneybags paid for themafter how many flags in a row. Of course they should get a points reduction
*success prior to points*System is based over past three years ….they have an argument accordingly …can’t include sauces prior to pints and salary cap moneybags paid for them

Who have they lost?
Van Reit has been welcomed as a new recruit at East Keilor.Who have they lost?

Why couldn't they over the time they won all of those flags set up junior system to rival keilors? They could have had fev, Bulleen and co coaching junior teams, they only have themselves to blame, they were more worried about instant success and ways around the salary cap then setting the club up for life, I'm not sure anyone has any sympathy for them, if quamby and Lalbert in the Mallee can get junior sides without a primary school so can deer Park
Killing clubs off is never a good thing though. I see your point but who likes seeing clubs fold? It's not as simple as that though. The area has something like 10 or 11 clubs within a 20 minute drive, where the majority of the people living in the area not of football backgrounds. Of those clubs, only Caroline Springs (relatively established estate) and Yarraville (cool to live there) have any sort of "successful" junior programs. Fact is there are too many teams, not enough kids or money in the area.

It's a pretty big growth area not far from deer Park, caro and cairnlea, maybe they should have invested in a junior club being a feeder club to their senior side, not all junior clubs go all the way to seniors, how many kids would have played if Fev was a coach?
It comes down to what is best for the many in my opinion. I'd hate to make the decision, but I think it inevitable in some cases and would suggest mergers before dying altogether.Killing clubs off is never a good thing though. I see your point but who likes seeing clubs fold?
