Collingwood-Geelong games are so much easier to watch now (on TV at least) that both clubs have decided to use common sense re the shorts, basically eliminating most the clash without either team having to wear a clash strip.

Yeah and when we play Collingwood, we should be doing the same thing. But no.....!

It worked well as a clash strip but i don't really like the Cat design, i'd much rather the old logo replace the cat on the front of the jumper.

geelongs strip last night (ex the pussy) was great for its intended purpose. however, clubs generally end up complicating the situation further with their BS designs...we can thank screenprinting, and ____en idiots running footy clubs for that A simple design is more effective, and also, more pleasing on the eye.

100% agree. Big logos is an unfortunate obsession that exists in the AFL. It wouldn't happen if the AFL logo was removed from all jumpers and clubs were allowed to put an appropriately sized crest in that spot.
