Not a jumper, but still cool. 1999 Maccas Sherrin. Brand new, unsigned. Always chasing 90s stuff, so happy to add this to the collection.

As per my story from the podcast, this is the footy I had the chance to buy brand new still in box for $50. Still kicking myself.

If it’s the one I think it is, it just sold on eBay for $300+ new in box. Solid investment, really.

That box doesn’t match the ball. Its got the new AFL logo on it for starters. The one I saw was in a box that was clearly 90s-era in its design, as well as having some wear and tear befitting a near 20-year old item.

I’m sure the ball is legit, and the price is probably not too exhorbiant, but I think he’s been a bit cheeky with the box.

You’ve done well I think. Price is about right just for the ball itself, just a shame the seller was using a mismatching box to try and extract a few extra dollars out of someone who wouldn’t know any better.

Yeah I did forget about that jumper. Was thinking something like a Ted Whitten or something like that from the early days might have gone for a stupid amount on like a Mossgreen auctions or somewhere like that
